A day late again (I need to stop doing that!), but, here it is!
Monday- we had mushroom chicken in the slowcooker (chicken, a little broth, muhrooms and a few spices), served with rice and carrots.
Tuesday- tonight my mother-in-law made dinner! We had chicken and broccoli casserole, baked potatoes, and garden salad.
Wednesday- I plan to make parmesan crusted pork chops (pork dipped in egg and rolled in a combination of bread crumbs and parmesan cheese), with leftover potatoes, and green beans.
Thursday- Pork fried rice made with the leftover pork.
Friday- Hubby has a long weekend and will want to grill, so it will probably be burgers and garden salad.
Saturday- Beef stew (I’ll make a double batch for the freezer).
Sunday- We have a family barbeque to go to, and I’ll be taking potato salad.
