Monday- Shepherds Pie (I made a double batch for the freezer), using this recipe:
Easy Shepherds Pie
Tuesday- Beef Stew (I’ll make a second batch for the freezer).
Wednesday- Slowcooker mushroom pork chops (thrown in the slowcooker while I’m at work, with cream of mushroom soup and fresh mushrooms).
Thursday- Barbeque Meatloaf served with potatoes and carrots (I’ll add the recipe later).
Friday- Spaghetti with chicken, served with garden salad.
Saturday- Barbecued ham steak, served with barbecued potatoes and corn on the cob.
Sunday- Barbecued sausages served with french fries.
